Captain Scott

Captain Scott is known for his warm, engaging personality and his strong commitment to safety onboard. He takes the time to understand his guests’ preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience. With extensive experience sailing across the Channel Islands, Mediterranean, Atlantic coast, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Galapagos, and the Pacific Ocean, Scott is an expert navigator. He enjoys keeping the deck tidy, practicing yacht etiquette, and, most of all, sharing unforgettable adventures on the open ocean with his guests.

Chef Niki

Chef Niki is a vibrant force of energy, driven by her passion for fitness, well-being, and exceptional hospitality. Her mission is to create an unforgettable experience for every guest onboard. Renowned for her exquisite culinary artistry, she crafts dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. With a focus on elegant dining, she sources the freshest local ingredients to design menus tailored to guests’ preferences and inspired by each destination’s flavors. From gourmet breakfasts to refined multi-course dinners and unique themed dining experiences, every meal is thoughtfully curated to delight the senses.

Captain James Brown

Originally from Cumbria, James fell in love with the ocean as a teenager, sailing from Liverpool to Norway at 16—a trip that sparked a lifelong passion for the sea. His journey led him to crew on an Atlantic crossing, teach youth sailing, and eventually move to Greece, where he met his partner, Isabella.

Since 2017, James and Isabella have captained charters together throughout the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, exploring incredible destinations along the way. James shares his enthusiasm for the ocean with guests through diving, water sports, and even baking sweet treats—always adding a playful touch to each charter. His experience and vibrant energy ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable adventure aboard Mischievous.

Chef Isabella

Isabella was born and raised on the Isle of Wight, where her father, a chef, taught her the foundations of French and British bistro cuisine. She became a private chef in the French Alps and spent her summers as a watersports instructor for paddlesports. At just 23, Isabella worked as a crew chef on superyachts, gaining invaluable experience. In her spare time, she focused on bettering her skills in the galley by taking courses at Ashburton Cookery School.

Isabella’s passion for the ocean extends beyond the kitchen—she’s an avid sail racer and loves dinghy sailing. Her hobbies include diving, photography, and videography; she also enjoys collecting vintage film cameras. After meeting James, Isabella teamed up with him, and together they began running high-end luxury charters on catamarans—Isabella as chef—in both the Caribbean and across the Mediterranean.

Stewardess Emma

Emma, originally from South Africa, is known for her warm smile and infectious laughter. She brings upbeat energy to every charter, passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for guests—whether it’s perfecting the cabin, organizing surprises, or simply sharing a friendly chat.

Active by nature, Emma enjoys running, the gym, and has a lifelong love for horses and show jumping. She adores animals and has three dogs back home. With a degree in Animal Science from Stellenbosch University, she combines her love of nature with a passion for hospitality. Emma joined yachting to explore the world, meet new people, and embrace life on the ocean—a place that’s always inspired her adventurous spirit.

With extensive maritime experience and a passion for the open sea, Connor Gregg brings professionalism, skill, and a deep understanding of yachting to every voyage. From expert navigation to first-class hospitality, Connor ensures smooth sailing and exceptional service, whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation on the water.
