He takes the time to understand his guests’ preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience. With extensive experience sailing across the Channel Islands, Mediterranean, Atlantic coast, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Galapagos, and the Pacific Ocean, Scott is an expert navigator. He enjoys keeping the deck tidy, practicing yacht etiquette, and, most of all, sharing unforgettable adventures on the open ocean with his guests.

Chef Niki

Chef Niki is a vibrant force of energy, driven by her passion for fitness, well-being, and exceptional hospitality. Her mission is to create an unforgettable experience for every guest onboard. Renowned for her exquisite culinary artistry, she crafts dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. With a focus on elegant dining, she sources the freshest local ingredients to design menus tailored to guests’ preferences and inspired by each destination’s flavors. From gourmet breakfasts to refined multi-course dinners and unique themed dining experiences, every meal is thoughtfully curated to delight the senses.

Stewardess Emma

Emma, originally from South Africa, is known for her warm smile and infectious laughter. She brings upbeat energy to every charter, passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for guests—whether it’s perfecting the cabin, organizing surprises, or simply sharing a friendly chat.

Active by nature, Emma enjoys running, the gym, and has a lifelong love for horses and show jumping. She adores animals and has three dogs back home. With a degree in Animal Science from Stellenbosch University, she combines her love of nature with a passion for hospitality. Emma joined yachting to explore the world, meet new people, and embrace life on the ocean—a place that’s always inspired her adventurous spirit.

With extensive maritime experience and a passion for the open sea, Connor Gregg brings professionalism, skill, and a deep understanding of yachting to every voyage.
