Captain Scott

Captain Scott is known for his warm, engaging personality and his strong commitment to safety onboard. He takes the time to understand his guests’ preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience. With extensive experience sailing across the Channel Islands, Mediterranean, Atlantic coast, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Galapagos, and the Pacific Ocean, Scott is an expert navigator. He enjoys keeping the deck tidy, practicing yacht etiquette, and, most of all, sharing unforgettable adventures on the open ocean with his guests.

Chef Niki

Chef Niki is a vibrant force of energy, driven by her passion for fitness, well-being, and exceptional hospitality. Her mission is to create an unforgettable experience for every guest onboard. Renowned for her exquisite culinary artistry, she crafts dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. With a focus on elegant dining, she sources the freshest local ingredients to design menus tailored to guests’ preferences and inspired by each destination’s flavors. From gourmet breakfasts to refined multi-course dinners and unique themed dining experiences, every meal is thoughtfully curated to delight the senses.

Stewardess Lana

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Lana has over a decade of hospitality experience and a deep passion for service. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from Auburn University, she completed a winery internship before moving to the Big Island of Hawaii. There, Lana managed a resort, became a barista, and earned certification as a yoga instructor. Her career has also included bartending and serving at luxury establishments like The Four Seasons. She particularly enjoys bartending and crafting personalized cocktails that enhance the guest experience.


With a Level 1 Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Lana's enthusiasm for wine continues to grow. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in German, she enjoys connecting with guests from around the world. In her free time, Lana loves running, hiking, reading, and exploring new places. Above all, she finds the greatest joy in making her guests happy.
